‘Metro’ is disorientating and inconsistent with what I would expect for a desktop operating system.
For Microsoft’s sake, I hope they offer the option of a “traditional” or vista-style start menu by release, else I imagine that the (completely unnecessary) training costs associated with deploying Windows 8 over Windows 7 would make Windows 8 just another Vista.
